#43 THE PHOENIX

There’s nothing harder than being given your chance and failing.

Every person receives the gifts of chances: the athlete on contract at the moment preparing for his game or waiting on his tryout; the engineer making headway at the company – overseeing a specific project; the sales rep on a Zoom call with a prospect; the father/mother raising their child(ren) in a prosperous environment; the husband/wife or boyfriend/girlfriend becoming one in this topsy-turvy condition etc…

Cherish it and realize failures are favorable circumstances; a victory in disguise, something to always treasure.  They are not a destination.  We can control our effort, but not the outcome.
