Dispatch & Shipping

 

We offer free worldwide shipping at checkout.

 

Our shipment handler is FedEx International Priority or UPS Expedited International – we do not ship USPS international unless there is no other service available.

 

All of our apparel is handmade to order – please allow 7 – 14 business days for dispatch, prior to your delivery.

If you place your order during a sale/using a discount code, please allow 14 – 21 business days for production prior to delivery.

 

Where your order has multiple items, it will be shipped once ALL garments have finished production. We ship all orders in one package where possible.


Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been placed. Please ensure that you enter the correct address when placing your order.

 

NOBRO is not responsible for packages that are mis-delivered or go missing due to incorrect address, recipient or zip codes being entered. 

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the proper address, with a valid recipient and unit number if there is more than one resident to a building.

 

Should your package be returned to NOBRO (and successfully delivered back to NOBRO), we will reach out to you to regarding reshipment. If we do not receive the package back and the address or recipient is not valid, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve with the shipment handler.

Returns & Refunds

 

All sales are final. All items are custom, made-to-order items, therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds for any purchases once an order is placed and production has started.
