#89 MR MIYAGI

Role play is not only for Hollywood and production companies, it is for us.

Depending on what’s going on in our lives, not knowingly, we play characters of Moses and Joshua.

Moses:  immensely important for guidance and boundary creation, an author for future generations, however has limits to predict changes in the future.

Joshua:  the transferring of leadership, a sharper ability to fulfill the previous generational quest(s), nevertheless the burdens are a lighter load in comparison.

As a child of my parents and as a mentee, I play Joshua.  I meditate on their pearls of wisdom, mistakes, enduring sacrifices, and instructional speech, to benefit myself and others, effectively.

By listening, our lives improved.

When I became a father and a mentor, my role has been to play Moses and help those build on what I’ve done.

My ceiling should be their floor.

Stay lifted,
