#122 HABITUAL BEHAVIOR

 

Every choice we make comes with a consequence, or better yet a long-term or short-term effect. 

 

Our results are more times than not cumulative habits that we have been consistently forming or ignoring, that have now produced positive momentum or a negative challenge. 

 

If anyone is looking for a different outcome, seek to change the little daily behavioral habits… the ones we all know we should eliminate, or do more frequently.
